Speculators: "Sky's the limit!"

Lest we forget hundreds of thousands of homes going into bankruptcy – what happened?  Let’s take a look:

Jimmy Carter passed a law governing home sales making them available to people who couldn’t afford them.  Bill Clinton embellished it.  Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, and Chris Dodd refused to let the Bush administration make rule changes and oversee Freddie and Fannie.  That, initially, started the house of cards to implode.  No matter what, the Democratic congress have continued to remain in power for the last three years – the ones who caused this financial meltdown.  It all comes back to giving mortgages to people who couldn’t afford them, by the thousands.  The banks got overwhelmed, and then due to the Democrats actions the failures in businesses started.

Obama talks about what he inherited.  He doesn’t bring attention to who really caused it, the Democratic congress in power with the tactics they used while they had the power… and they still have that power.  What other harm will they cause?  Now they are offering a way to harm our military and the past administration by creating a furor over the interrogation techniques.  Does anyone remember the beheading of a journalist, four beheaded bodies hanging from a bridge, Saddam killing millions of his own citizens – using poison gas on old people, women, and children?  All these supposed tortures, if taken together, would not equal one-tenth the torture used by either one of Saddam’s two sons on anyone that crossed them.

The Democrats talk about Darfur and poor citizens being killed, and yet they scream about Bush freeing 50 millions Iraqis from death that could happen at any moment if they crossed either Saddam or his sons.  The Democratic liberals would allow the beheading of American soldiers, Saddam torturing and killing his own people – yet we may not use any form of interrogation and must justify the interrogation we do use, buy the lies of terrorists, as when the Taliban kills dozens of their own people and say we did it and the liberals buy their lies (lock, stock, and barrel).  As far as I am concerned, Bush’s legacy will be saving 50 millions people in Iraq, giving them freedom and saving 15 million lives from aids in Africa.  He was the most maligned President, while in office, ever and was the object of wrath by a slimy group of hate-mongers known as DEMOCRATS.  As far as I am concerned, they are as low as you can go.

The culture of corruption is alive and well in THIS administration, headed by none other than Private Jet (furnished by Air Force) Nancy Pelosi, on top of all her lying about the CIA to cover her a$$.  Then of course you have John Murtha, the master of all earmarks, making sure his family receives millions of dollars by his chicanery.  There is Harry Reid who has carried nepotism to it’s ninth degree by enhancing the fortunes of his family.  Dianne Feinstein, seeing to it that her husband gets millions of dollars in contracts.  Congressman John Dingell and his wife, a Washington Power Couple.  If a congressman pays for service from a prostitute, they are kicked out of office, but Barney Frank pays for a male prostitute and he is allowed to continue and be one of the major players in this financial meltdown of the country.

Cabinet appointees not having paid their taxes – all Democrats – no wonder they like to raise taxes.  Only Republicans have to pay them.  Tom Daschle, a Senator who was defeated, was to join the cabinet but owed over $100,000 in back taxes and so was turned down.  He immediately joined GE, the most corrupt corporation there is with ties and pull for and with this administration by use of its media arm.  Tom and his wife, a lobbyist, have taken great care to spread the wealth to other members of their family.  Dodd and Conrad, with their mortgage difficulties – William Jefferson, with his cold cash – Charlie Rangel, a crook and tax cheat – the list could go on, but why bother?  Ninety percent of the Democratic politicians are crooked and their constituents vote them back in, so who is to blame – the Democratic crooks or their constituents?

The SEC is allowing traders to manipulate the gas and oil prices, raising them even though there is an over-supply of both, and they are helping terrorist states by their actions.  Where are the demonstrators walking up and down in front of their houses as they did to Wall Street CEO’s?  Why hasn’t a list of them been sent out to the media with addresses given so their neighbors would know who they are and the terrorist countries can call them up and THANK them?

A question arises as to why CEO’s salaries should be subject to government intervention.  Why not movie stars – being subjected to salary caps?  Let’s say no more than $1,000,000 per picture and television series limited to $1,000 per episode… GO TO IT OBAMA!

I wonder if Obama asked David Axelrod to compare Miss California and a dog, or could it be that Perez Hilton may be Axelrod’s lover?  Don’t think this is very apropos for a high official in a Democratic administration.  The NPR Democratic party, I understand, roared with laughter as would NBC and MSNBC listeners.

Janet Napolitano: Pride and joy of Obama administration

First I will cover the good news of the day and that is the rescue of Captain Phillips.  I, as well as many Americans are proud of our Navy in this rescue.  As many ex-military men, I was hoping days earlier that they would use snipers to free Captain Phillips.  I had thought that they would assign two snipers for each pirate during the day.  I hadn’t even considered doing this at night.  I guess being from Kentucky, having a brother as a scout sniper in the Marines in the Pacific in World War II and having a son on the all Army Championship Rifle Team in the 82nd Airborne I suppose my guess sniping would be the way to end this game.  The Navy gets the credit – the hesitation belongs to Obama.

The Black Hawk Down crew that were killed in Somalia belongs to Clinton and his Secretary of Defense Les Aspin, a member of Congress with NO defense experience who was praised by his colleagues during Senate confirmation.  When back-up was pleaded for, the honorable Les Aspin refused and they all died.  Then Clinton folded up our tents and left Somalia to keep steaming in its own poison.  Consequently, now they have gone into piracy.  We rescued our ship – now the pirates have taken four more.  What action will we take now?  I know after the Black Hawk Down we lost all credibility, then came our two embassies destroyed – the first attack against the World Trade Center, U.S. Navy ship Cole – blame Clinton or Janet Reno and Jamie Gorelick because of the wall they put up between information sharing by the FBI and CIA.  These things happened and what do you think encouraged the attack on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the plane forced down in Pennsylvania?  All these things happened and do you think Clinton, Gorelick, or Janet Reno lose sleep at night because of this?

The Homeland Security under Janet Napolitano has become a weapon to help Obama take back some of our freedoms a little at a time.  She says those citizens with bumper stickers for Bob Barr, Ron Paul, etc. are possibly terrorists.  What better state to start taking action on this than Missouri – a state that tried to take rights away from citizens during Obama’s campaign.  Some will remember that.  It is a continuing action being taken by the Obama administration that is reminiscent of the Third Reich.  Janet is the equal of Joseph Goebbels.  If we, the American people, fail to act to stop these proceedings, we will become a people hiding our thoughts and jumping at shadows, looking over our shoulder, and these things are not the American way.

We should all strive to hold Obama’s and his hired gun Janet Napolitano’s feet to the fire and keep our Republic safe and secure for our children, grandchildren, and on and on.  This should not be the generation to forfeit our country.  I think Obama’s class-warfare is nearly the equivelent of Crytal Night in Germany.  And Janet Napolitano will probably start a campaign to track down right-wing people and put them in concentration camps as FDR did to the Japanese Americans in World War II, and possibly of going further to what ends, who knows?

According to Janet, people who are anti-abortion, against illegal immigration, against firearms restrictions, against turning over our nation’s sovereignty, and returning veterans, as I am and I have or had three brothers also returning veterans, are dangers.  Hitler couldn’t hold a light to Janet and Obama.  As the French say “en garde!”

Now let’s talk about the real dangers to the US and how Obama is handling it.  North Korea does what it pleases with no regard to Obama’s outcries and protestations of what the UN and US will do.  Iran does not credit Obama with any backbone or will to do anything against their nuclear ambitions.  Securing the release of Captain Phillips should have given credence to the will of the US, however, you can readily see by the actions taken a couple of days later by the pirates… they do not respect Obama or the US.  Will we use aircraft to take out their bases?  Doubtful.

In 1986 Ronald Reagan ordered a strike on Libya because of terrorism and when carried out the French wouldn’t let us fly over their country.  We had to go a long way around.  That could be the cause of us losing one plane – we will never know.  The only thing France will allow the United States is room to bury our dead from two world wars FREEING them.  Of course, we all know the French are LOVERS and not FIGHTERS.  The Vichy French even LOVED Hitler.

I see where Obama and Geithner are going to be sympathetic to people having to pay their taxes late.  What else would you expect from an Obama administration that has many people that DIDN’T pay taxes until Obama took them in?  A bunch of REAL patriots, or are they Joe?

I use like watching the news on most of Fox’s programs, but I don’t watch much anymore.  They all have Obamanisms throughout their programs.  I used to think Cinton was the most covered President EVER, but he doesn’t hold a candle to Obama.  Frankly, I am sick of Obamanisms and will try to avoid them – not too easy.

Gas prices going up – why?

Will give one sentence from the internet: With the development of unregulated international derivatives trading in oil futures over the past decade or more, the way has opened for the present speculative bubble in oil prices. The CFTC doesn’t even bother to act – neither does the Commodity Exchange Act.  Wall Street is raising the price on gas and oil and it is harming the American economy, American citizens, and supplies of gas and oil being in surplus doesn’t merit those prices.  But Wall Street traders are getting rich and deserve the contempt they get from the American people.  In reality, gas should be $1.70 per gallon.  The fault has been laid at the oil companies doors, however, it’s really Wall Street and Congress’s failure to act.

Ass up - face to the ground is how Obama tears us down!

Ambassadors are sent to promote their country, so I guess you couldn’t classify Obama as an ambassador for his country, but promoting himself and knocking his country – so I guess you could call him an evil ambassador.  I have never hated a President until now, and that’s only because he doesn’t have good will and good feelings for his own country.  Carter was inept but wouldn’t harm his country for his own good.  Johnson was crooked as could be but wouldn’t have harmed his country for his own good.  Clinton was immoral but wouldn’t have harmed his country, but Obama is leading his country to destruction purposely.

What distresses me is the Democrats helping in this endeavor and no one seems able to stop them.  Even some Republicans have been helping him and the Democrats.  What happened to the Americans I used to know?  Myself and three brothers were in service and we all escaped harm.  The five Sullivan brothers all died and they and we were glad to do what we could for our country, as were hundreds of thousands of others.  And now some slick, shrewd politicians are destroying what I had hoped would be around for my four great-grandchildren.  Is there any reasons I shouldn’t despise politicians of every stripe?

It’s probably too late, but perhaps if those millions of people attending those tea parties all reach out and GROW and DEMAND things change, PERHAPS term limits can be put in place to protect the investment that has been placed in this country by the founding fathers and hundreds of thousands of lives given by those that really did love their country.  I am sure there are millions out there who feel as I do and are losing hope caused by the actions of ONE man.  He’s sure saying different things now than he did while campaigning.  At that time it was only Michelle knocking her country.  Now he is, and not only that, but doing it on foreign soil.

Hale must have had Obama in mind when he wrote “The Man Without a Country”.  However, unfortunately, Obama will not be punished… only Americans will.  As far as I am concerned, Obama is lower than a snake’s belly.  But I am unable to do anything about it.  GOD SAVE OUR COUNTRY!

You can fool some of the people all the time as Obama has done with the Democrats; you can fool some of the people part of the time as Obama did in the election with the independents and elitists with their guilt feelings.  But you can’t fool all the people all the time.  The next election is coming, so there is hope after all.  At least Michelle told it like it was – she HATED this country, but now that she is First Lady she will put up with it.  She and he both love the adulation.  This Obama administration is made worse to take because of Old Harry and Nancy “Bug-eyed” Pelosi.  If you would think carefully, you would see that this administration is the epitome of culture of corruption – a bunch of tax-cheats and lobbyists and several felonious, nefarious individuals.  Not only this, but just think of these crooks:

• Chuck Schumer
• Maxine Waters

^^^^^^ their actions covered up by the willing participation of the liberal media – on ABC, CBS, NPR, NBC, MSNBC, PBS, and part of the Fox reporters such as Major Garrett, who worships Obama.  Did you happen to see when Garrett was called on, read the question he had been given by Obama – this came through loud and clear.  You can bet Obama wasn’t surprised.  In fact, has he ever answered an unscripted question or actually get one?

Obama has given the moral high ground to other countries and denigrated his own, and if we hadn’t taken the high road, Europe would all be speaking German and bowing to the Nazi party.  All those leaders in Europe that Obama praised would not have been in place.  Instead, Hitler would have had the gestapo agents ruling provinces – not countries.

Obama wants to give away other peoples’ freedoms as Neville Chamberlain did when he gave Hitler permission to take over Czechoslovakia and he came back to England and said “Peace in our time” and Hitler thought “Why not take Poland, Austria, and a few others while I’m at it?”  The world stood by.  Neville Chamberlain lost his popularity as Obama will when similar things happen – and they will.

I wish to cover, again, this fiasco of global warming.  It is a plan designed by idiots and crooks to make policies that will rob the American people of their monies and their freedoms.  They want to use cap and trade, or the true name: carbon tax, and it is in the budget Obama presented.  He wants gas to be over $4 per gallon, which will happen if this carbon tax is voted in.  Not only that, but electricity will cost average homes around $3000 more per year.  Of course, Obama says he won’t tax people making under $250,000 per year.  What the hell is this carbon tax?  I think I need to point out during the early 1900s most homes in cities used coal for heating and cooking.  Oil was used for lighting; coal for power; trains ran on coal; ships ran on coal; and I don’t believe the earth burned up.  Instead, since that time we have had normal earth cooling, normal earth warming, and this will continue.

Any scientist denying this global warming is made fun of and sometimes dismissed from positions.  It has got to where they don’t DARE speak up and Americans are getting to the point they can’t speak up, criticize or question.  This is a danger to the country as any thinking person can see.  So I say Obama and Democrats ensure oil prices go up as you wish and help Iran and Russia, as they truly need this help for THEIR economy – another way Obama can make friends with foreign countries.

Old folks, your day has come - oh well...

For many years this trifecta of evil – Obama, Ole Harry, and Nancy Pelosi will be remembered as the evil trio that set our country back for 50 years.  It will take time, honest politicians, and an aware public, which we do not presently have, to recover.  We don’t need bi-partisanship.  What we need is partisanship towards the needs of this country, its people, and its future.  There is no concern for the country presently… only plans to increase the power of the Democratic party.  If they succeed in their efforts, they will be actually reversing and undoing what the founding fathers started.

You have seen the type of people Obama has chosen for his administration – tax cheats and all manner of disreputable people.  Ole Harry has more relatives with government jobs than anyone in Congress.  Nancy Pelosi managed to have set aside 30 acres for mice.  Betcha the owner of this land has ties to Nancy Pelosi.  The transparency Obama promised does not exist.  The bills presented were to be laid before the Congress and the people four days before being voted on for study – not happening – transparency HELL!

The stimulus bill that was supposed to be HIS was written by Nancy Pelosi and her crew with no conferring with Republicans.  The results are nothing but having the American people underwrite the Democratic agenda.  Even Democrats, within a year, will have buyers remorse – especially those who want abortions to be rare and Catholics that believe in their religion (if any do).

I wonder how the coal states feel now, as well as any Democrat who now knows that he is mortgaging the future of their children and grandchildren.  They should be ashamed.  Between having Clinton’s war room, a bunch of slimy individuals, and a bunch of tax cheats in his administration, this should change many peoples’ ideas about Obama.  Eric Holder, the Attorney General, didn’t pick up his five years of free rent on his tax return.  Now that he is in charge of the IRS, do you think he will ever pay it or will it ever again be mentioned, and do you think the mainstream media cares if Obama is surrounded by sleaze?

Screw the founding fathers!

I am one of the people who will be affected by Obama’s healthcare reform.  I am old and I had a heart valve replaced and arteries cleaned, but under his plan I wouldn’t have had that and in the future, if his plan goes through, many old people will be thrown in the waste pile unless he happens to be a Senator.  If Mary Jo Kopechne’s parents get old and need serious medical care, Obama and Ted Kennedy, who killed Mary Jo Kopechne, will also kill her parents.  Where is the justice?  I guess Teddy will pay his way into heaven with Catholic Cardinals.  I believe the mafia was good at paying their way also.

My biggest worry about this administration is about the free speech that will, by HIS actions, be denied to all my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and their offspring.  What follows with the denial of free speech is slowly turning the government into a dictatorship.  The first step is to go to a one party political system.  Obama has managed to fool most of the people.  This makes me doubt the intellect of the majority of Americans.  It doesn’t bode well when an administration has an enemies list.  Even though the Jewish people voted for Obama in the majority, they will come to know that Bush was the best friend they ever had after Truman.

The AFLCIO held meetings at a five-star hotel in Miami.  They had to meet to figure out what to do with all that money they will get when card check gets passed.  That will be the end of our country.  This is the very first time in my long life that I have thought a President could sabotage and destroy my country, and that includes the Jimmy Carter administration.  I am glad to see that Feingold is finally joining McCain in something worthy after what they did to free speech with the campaign finance bill.

Obama struts and frets upon the stage.  I consider him an idiot – full of sound and fury, signifying NOTHING.  Thou comest to use thy tongue, a messenger of the Democratic party with toothy smile.  Shakespeare had Obama in mind.

I saw where there are people in the government concerned with the low price of oil and it has started going up – about $10 a barrel in the last ten days.  I know that Obama is against gas and oil because of “global warming”, which, by the way, does not exist.  There is a consensus of scientists that have an opinion that cooling will be in effect for, probably, the next 20 or 30 years, and there has been NO global warming.  This is, perhaps, the most criminal scam of all time.  One of the ripoffs coming is the cap and trade fiasco which is designed to keep the American people subservient and at the mercy of the government for their lives.  If this Congress allows this, they will remain in history for a long time – not in a favorable light.

Obama is all for high prices on oil and gas which harms the American people and favors the triangle of countries all for our destruction – Iran, Russia, and Venezuela.  That doesn’t indicate his concern for us or our country.  Can someone tell me if the oil tankers are still circling out in the ocean waiting for crooks to get the price of oil up, even though it should be going down, as there is a gigantic surplus?  I notice the oil companies stock is opposite the regular stock market.  It is going up.  The cheap gas in January allowed the consumer sales to increase for the first time in several months.  February reports should show an increase also, and if this doesn’t wake up those brilliant minds in Congress, the administration and Wall Street and make them try to keep gasoline prices low so people can spend money on other things, keeping consumer sales on the rise, then I don’t know what will.  Closed minds are a tragedy.

Any Republican in the Senate who votes for this atrocious budget should be marked to be defeated in the next election.  Michael Steele, start looking for candidates to run against them.  I am ashamed of a no-guts party.  John Podesta is saying how candidate Obama said that healthcare would be as available as it has been, saying how candidate Obama said this during his campaign as if this meant anything – I think the American people realize that Obama lied during the campaign about, just almost, everything as has already been shown.  I think the Republican party should start advertising a 401k day and ask people to look at their 401k on a certain day, perhaps party day for Obama, which I understand is Wednesday, and if you weren’t invited just think what he has given you to make you want to party.

Gas prices have, in the past, taken away any means for a lot of Americans to have ANY recreation and the beat goes on.  Michael Steele, time to be looking at weak Democrats for House and Senate throughout the country and get some challengers lined up.  The way the country is going invites a PERFECT political storm, even more than 1994.
