Senator Tom Coburn (our hero) Stops Disastrous Health Care Bill Dead In Its Tracks!
I wish to commend the Republican Senate for finally exhibiting a backbone. There have been many instances, where by use of parliamentary procedures, this health care monstrosity could have been delayed. I would wish that Senator Reid’s bill would also be read in the Senate chamber and finally CSPAN could at least cover that. CSPAN, even though the master liar said they could cover this poisoned mushroom pie being made, were not allowed to cover this event. I want the Republicans to get just as mean and nasty as the Democrats in serving the American peoples’ interest. That is the only hope the American people have to keep the Democrats from destroying this country.
This rush to enact the health care bill, where the taxes start now and the benefits start in 2014, shows that all the Democrats have in mind is to start rolling up taxes to use for more wasteful spending.
If the Republicans, as said by the Democrats, wish to close down the government, I am all for it! If that were to happen, then perhaps they could start over and create a bill to have the benefits start at the same time as the taxes. They could also put in the bill tort reform and make it possible for Americans to be able to buy insurance across state lines. Common sense does not prevail in this Democratic Congress. This bill will destroy health care and it is being pushed by academia with little concept of real life consequences. This is the first year in ages that social security recipients have not received an increase for the cost of living, and yet federal workers get raises regularly. In my opinion there are two classes in America – federal workers and regular Americans. Not only this, but the Democrats are stealing $500 billion from the Social Security fund, which is already going broke and on its last legs.
The American people do not like efforts made by lies and skulduggery to screw them. No politician or news analyst will call Hussein a liar. One Congressman did, Joe Wilson. Wish I could vote for him! Again, I hope that the Senate asks for the reading of Reid’s bill, on the floor for CSPAN to expose this to the American people. Any Senator who votes for this bill without reading or hearing it read should be voted out of office.
- The Washington Post saying how many people would die if this health care bill did not go through shows they are a bunch of dumb a–es! I can hardly wait for them to sink.
- I have been voting since Eisenhower and I have never felt so helpless in as concerns the keeping of America going in the right direction as I do now. This administration does not care what average Americans want.
- Where is Hillary’s $100 billion gift to the climate warming hoax coming from? It will increase our deficit. Haven’t the Democrats already done enough to increase our deficit?
- They impeached Nixon for lying and underhanded things. Hussein has lied and has done many underhanded things also. Let’s impeach him. What say you Senate?
