Where are the Republicans in facing down this horror of a power hungry Eric Holder?  I guess this act of his, in giving ACORN more funds, should call for filibuster as the Democrats did to defeat the Civil Rights Bill, which passed because of Republican votes.  The black people promptly forgot this – similar to the way that Hussein has treated the Jewish State of Israel since his election and the Jewish people aren’t making any objections to this farce.  Are Democrats so brainwashed?  Even FDR refused entry to a shipload of Jewish people fleeing Germany during the Holocaust.  This country will never advance as long as so many voters have a closed mind.  So many voters use their votes just to give a black person a chance and for no other reason.  Do they even realize, now, what they have done?

I see where Richard Lugar was the only Republican invited to Hussein’s State party.  I think it is time he resigned.  I also believe, without reservation, it’s time for term limits.  I think all of the states should pass such a law for their Senators and Representatives and have it put on their ballots for the citizens to decide on.  It’s for sure Congress will never pass such a law.  They are too busy feathering their own nests.  It has gotten so you can’t believe anything they say or believe any government entity.  This applies to the media as well.  The truth is the first thing to go as they enter Office.  Some have been in Congress for so many years, they have forgotten why they are there.

Now we have the health care bill that we are being lied to about.  Reid’s using bribery to get votes for this bill.  What does that say about his ethics?  Mary Landrieu got her thirty pieces of silver.  How many more we don’t know about are getting earmarks and bribes?  Their constituents, apparently, are as crooked as they are to vote them in again.  One instance of this is a Congressman from Pennsylvania who is being voted in, and in again, even though he calls the people who vote for him “rednecks” and “stupid”.  He also calls our servicemen and servicewomen “killers”.  His name is John Murtha, and those who vote him in are as sleazy as he is.  He is a prime example of the need for term limits.  Another prime example is Charles Rangel, who is one of the biggest crooks and tax-cheats in Congress and he is Chairman of the tax writing Ways and Means Committee.

The Attorney General, Eric Holder, is the BIGGEST crook in this cabal of crooks, under Hussein, and the Republicans are sitting on their hands while he brings the spoils to ACORN.  Are all of the Democrats complicit in this crooked assault on American citizens?  I guess it doesn’t matter that Congress said no.  He brings the five terrorists to New York for trial over the objections of the American people, but with the approval of Hussein.  God, take pity on the good people, the few that remain in this country, that take their citizenship seriously.

Watched some news today.  Seems the only important stories are the couple who crashed one of Obama’s parties and Tiger Woods had a car accident.  There was nothing about the Navy Seals and that travesty of justice.  There was nothing about our troops having their hands tied and their lives placed in peril with the new rules of engagement they have to adhere to.  That news was on the dreaded Fox broadcasting network.  Why Hussein was so concerned about them, I don’t understand.  Maybe he has forced them to change the way they are reporting the news.  Hussein is more concerned about his health care bill to rip off the American people than about our servicemen and servicewomen in harms way.  If Tiger and a stupid couple are what the American people are concerned with, God help this country.

I am sure those two stories are being covered on the other channels as well, interspersed with hate Sarah Palin episodes and stories about their idol Hussein.

Finally, a story of the New York Times not printing the climate warming scam emails because they are private.  But printing things from this country’s intelligence department that endangers their country and its citizens is okay.  I will be glad when its doors close.  Why anyone still buys this rag is beyond me.

And why did we give this idiot any merit?

My frustrations consume me.  I see things every day in the news I have no control over – unions being encouraged by the Democrats, even though they destroyed the auto and steel industries – I can’t stop this even though I know it will eventually destroy my country – my ability to control this is ZERO.  The only thing I can do is pray that the Republicans and my Senators and Representatives do all they can in the way of filibustering to stop this, and if they don’t try vote against mine with no way to vote against those in other states destroying my country.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

Watching the clean energy hearings with Gore sitting there, the biggest crook ever who somehow got this global warming fiasco going, he reminds me of the pied piper leading his idiots to destroy my country.  How many years of global cooling will we have to go through before all these global warming idiots are subjugated to criticism and scorn?  In the meantime, they have been able to enforce costly projects and hurt businesses.  They, with all their underhanded methods, will destroy my country.  Is there any reason I should not feel frustrated?

There was ole Harry with his bare face hanging out saying how we had to get clean energy because of having to buy oil from foreign sources.  To get this clean energy in sufficient amounts to replace the energy we have from other sources now will bankrupt my country.  He didn’t mention that the environmentalists and Democrats won’t allow drilling in areas of this country that have vast amounts of oil so we don’t have to depend on these foreign sources.  He is a phony hypocrite.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

Then there is T. Boone Pickens saying that oil will return to $140 a barrel soon.  Of course T. Boone, that wouldn’t happen if drilling was allowed by drillers in our own back yard.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

The Democrats in the House have complete control of the business before it and make laws, and if the Senate can’t stop these by the actions of faux Republicans, we just have to watch our country go down.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

Seeing and hearing Joe Biden show his stupidity time after time, day after day, and he could become President… that scares the hell out of me.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

Barney Frank holding hearings on the financial problems facing this country, even though he was one of the few people who caused this financial meltdown, is ridiculous.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

I read where Houston is considering paying off people’s credit cards so their credit score would be increased and they could buy homes.  I guess this is so this financial meltdown can continue.  This stimulus package is supposed to help people to stay in their homes if they are facing foreclosure because of no reason of their own.  The government was supposed to look at any who obtained their mortgage through lying or skulduggery.  Now they say it would require too much effort and they are not going to investigate.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

The fact that so many people vote on demand in the Democratic party and say what their leaders want them to say, and even a Catholic Cardinal says that in the USA a spirit of adulation towards Obama exists bordering on servility, when someone not in government can see this and the fact exists without any effort to squash it, it scares the hell out of me.  Is there any reason why I should not feel frustrated?

Joe Biden says to pay taxes is patriotic – not so much charity.  Not patriotic and owes taxes, Tom Daschle… $140,000; Charles Rangel… many, many dollars, so many properties – who knows; Timothy Geithner… about $40,000 plus hiring an illegal; Eric Holder… helping to release a master criminal and terrorist.  It’s not only taxes they don’t pay.  They have other moral lapses.  Chris Dodd… Countrywide; Kent Conrad… Countrywide; Barney Frank… intern lovers – his house was used by one of his lovers for a homosexual bordello; Jack Murtha… barely escaped an FBI sting – master of earmarks and anti military; then of course we have Governor Blagojevich; William Jefferson… with his cold cash; Governor James McGreevey of New Jersey… kicked out of office for his sexual proclivities; Governor Eliot Spitzer of New York… prostitution scandal.

Whatever Democrats do is ok and protected by all the other Democrats. They hang together so they won’t hang separately.  On the other side, the Republicans don’t stand up for their own, EVER – case in point, Trent Lott – made an innocent statement at a funeral to honor an old man who had served in Congress for many, many years.  He was stripped of his position as Senate leader by his fellow Senators.  It’s an INNOCENT mistake when Democrats don’t pay their taxes, and Democrats protect each other.  But if it’s a Republican, the other Republicans will abandon him.  They are easily cowed.  Nancy Pelosi says it doesn’t matter what we do since, as she says, Obama and her won.

Now let’s talk about a well hidden agenda by the Democrats – that is the shutting down of the voice of talk radio, as you can see, by the attacks against Rush Limbaugh by Obama and other Democrats.  First time I ever heard of an individual attacked by a President.  Obama is a very smart politician – to shut down as many opposition voices as you can as you can see by another tack he has just taken in appointing Judd Gregg as Secretary of Commerce, taking another vote from the Republicans approaching a near filibuster-proof majority.  If he was honest in this, he would get a promise from the Governor of New Hampshire that he would appoint a Republican Senator to replace Judd Gregg.

The Democrats are good at this type of under-handedness.  Remember Jeffords – another north eastern Senator who switched parties, allowing the Democrats to take control of the Senate with Tom Daschle?  Thank goodness Daschle was defeated.  Now I wish the same fate would happen to mealy mouthed Harry Reid.  If Judd Gregg allows this, I will have the same regard for him as I had for Jeffords.  As far as Conservative talk radio and the fear Obama has for it, I suggest he takes solace in the fact that Democrats have MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, NPR, PBS, CNN, and their own talk radio which is, unfortunately, rather dull.

Don’t forget he tried to keep dissent down in Missouri.  At the time, I wrote that I feared that and likened it to the Third Reich.  I say if he can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Free speech is the greatest commodity this country ever had and should never be taken away, which would be the death of this country.

The voices of many millions of Iraqis were heard this date and women who never had any rights were able to vote and, not only that, but running for office.  I would hope that the Democrats in this country who demonized President Bush would at least be happy for the Iraqis and especially the women.  The freedom being enjoyed by the least of them was bought by the blood of many young Americans and some other countries, young also.  Was it worth it?  I say to our young military and their leaders – it was not only worth it, it was a glorious event and something you can take pride in for the rest of your lives.  Whether you will get any appreciation from the Iraqis will not be known for some time.  To know this, all you have to do is look at the blood we shed for France, England, Holland, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and many, many other countries in World War II.  Do they appreciate what we did?  It’s hard to know.  They sure don’t show it by their support of our efforts in NATO and how they support us in the UN, but it was absolutely worth it.  Even though Korea shows no appreciation for the blood of our young to keep them safe, it was worth it.

I think I have a right to talk.  My oldest brother was in the South Pacific during World War II.  Myself and another brother were in during Korea.  And my youngest brother was stationed in Berlin during the Cold War.

One final note.  I see where Obama has ordered the Pentagon to cut their budget by 10 percent.  Wonder if any of the welfare bills will be cut.  I got that bridge.

A comment – Sarah Palin pushing to have this stimulus bill passed as it stands has taken its toll with me.  I couldn’t vote for her.

Session of Congress soon over... then you can remove mask!

The American people complain about the way we are perceived in foreign countries and resent it.  However, their own politicians perceive them as worse, and they don’t seem to mind – for instance, Jack Murtha calls the people in his district “rednecks and racists” just before the election and they voted him back in!!!  Obama said the people in Pennsylvania “were hung up on their guns and religion and have no empathy for others,” and Pennsylvania voted to give Obama its electoral votes.  Now we have Harry Reid saying how the visitors and tourists who come to Washington smell.  How’s that grab you?  Now I understand that the 3/4 billion visitor center built in DC that saves Harry Reid from having to smell us common people.

Another thing I have heard but don’t know it for a fact is that the historical aspects of this center doesn’t even mention religion and its place in the history of this country.  Without it, this country would never been formed and succeeded – no question.  One thing I would say is that when Congress is not in session and Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and others of this type leave, DC must be a much cooler place with the hot air removed, and I am sure it smells better too.

I have heard so many people faulting President Bush for not giving hopeful speeches, and yet if he did the media would be on the sidelines mocking him and thus it would serve no purpose.  The media was in love with Clinton and Obama and whatever they would say would be applauded and given breathless admiration.  I have never seen a President so hated, especially by the fourth estate.  It is matched only by the love and adulation for Obama.  He even sends thrills down the leg of Chris Matthews, a member of the MSNBC political arm of the Democratic party.  MSNBC stands for Most Stupid News Being Concocted.  What recourse does the American people have when 70 percent are against the bailouts for financial companies, auto companies, and the unions, and yet it seems Congress is going to go along with this fiasco?

They call us names, go against our wishes, and yet they keep their jobs.  My cry is: WHY?  I have never cared so much for the health of the current President elect, but when you think who would follow Obama, Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi, I think you would agree with me that I should care.  Can you imagine one of them as President – a nightmare!  I can only hope that Obama governs as well as he ran his campaign.  He defeated the Clintons – no small feat.  Of course, he also defeated the Republican nominee who ran a sorry campaign but was handicapped by the burden of a sagging economy and having to run against the fourth estate also.

Would someone please explain to me how these bailouts are not leading to socialism and how this country that has been built on a free market and competition can still be the country we grew up with.  It seems to me that if we continue in this manner, we may as well join the European Union.  We cannot be the bulwark for freedoms throughout the world.  If we allow ourselves to become a socialist state, we will sacrifice our strength, resilience, and competitiveness.  Can you imagine the European Union being able to carry the staff of freedom against tyrants?  See how they help us in NATO – or do they?  Could they take over the 25 percent we pay to keep the UN viable?  No, but that doesn’t mean I am for the UN.  I think to close the UN down would be a better help to freedoms of all nations.

Too many shifting sands!

Any Republicans who vote for the bailout of the auto companies and their unions will probably also vote for the card check that the unions and Democrats wish for.  Should they choose to vote for those items, they are actually giving aid and comfort to the Democratic base.  How STUPID are they?  We shall see.  As far as the Democrats having a filibuster proof majority, they already do with McCain, Specter, Collins, and Snowe.  The Republicans do not get the loyalty from their members that the Democrats do.
