Endorsements are the thing these days. John McCain is getting endorsements from the majority of all the old timers in politics. I think they are very fearful of an outsider coming in, shaking up things that they are just as soon to leave alone. There is no doubt that Washington is broken and has been for many years. The idea that an outsider like Romney might upset their apple cart has them all coming out in droves to endorse one of their own entrenched old politicians with old ideas.

The fear they have of Romney is merited because the future may just pass them by, and they have never seen past the end of their nose. The old boy mentality of Washington exists and will continue to exist until an outsider comes in and plows some new ground. As you know, new ground has a variety of obstacles, and this would be true of our old boy Congress and Senate.

I hear all the Democratic analysts saying that the Republican Conservatives have no choice but to come to McCain’s aid in the election. They are feeling real good about McCain’s chances because they know that whether Hillary or McCain wins, they will have one of their own in power. It will spell the end of the Republican party. Talk about happy, big smiles on their faces!

I would like to bring to your attention the National Organization of Women. They are so upset by Teddy Kennedy backing Obama instead of a woman, they feel abandoned and full of despair. We know how they back women. Look at how they fought for Monica Lewinsky, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, Paula Jones, and others that the Clintons described as “Bimbo eruptions”. The women of this country can feel so safe with NOW protecting them, unless Bill Clinton wants to use them and/or have his way with them while Hillary looks on as she is controlling him.

The statement she made that she could control him becomes a laughing matter. I think even the Democrats are beginning to see through the veil that they themselves established around the Clintons and tried to protect them from the world view for their serious flaws. They both remind me of Dorian Gray and the Democrats are looking in the closet at the mirror, finally.

Now I will go in a direction that is the third rail in many ways. I do not believe the Democrats are patriots. I think they are interested in destroying the country. For instance:

• Brattleboro, Vermont, wanting to impeach President Bush and Vice President Chaney
• Oakland, California airport not allowing returning soldiers, fighting for all of us, to come through their terminal, but MUST stay out on the tarmac
• Berkley, California giving Code Pink a permanent demonstration and sound permit at the entrance to the Marine recruitment office
• Colleges and universities with their liberal views and liberal professors don’t want to allow recruiters on their campuses, but they do enjoy their funds coming from the government, and that comes about because of all the sacrifices over the years that the men and women in service gave to insure we would have a government that would have those funds available
• Some of the biggest Democrats of all have sucked the blood from this country and used those funds, in many cases, against the principals of the United States - I reference George Soros, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and others.
• The federal government and states allowing sanctuary cities, free reign for illegal aliens, colleges and universities spewing propaganda, and still underwriting them is beyond my comprehension.
• If all the left leaning liberal professors in colleges and universities all across the country were lumped together, they would be one of the largest cults in the world.
• If Vermont and California want to secede from the union, let them and then close our borders with them to contain their venom and hostility to the United States.

The Democratic party is going through the same thing as the Republican party, in that the old establishment from the past are still trying to be the movers and shakers of today. The blacks who were given some recognition are still for Hillary and are tied to the past. The establishment Democrats, like the establishment Republicans, are fearful of change and will, do everything they can to keep the status quo.

Hillary and John McCain are pillars from the past, but unfortunately Pillars of salt. Change and the future lies with Romney and Obama, and the establishment cannot contain their fear of change and the future.

Just one final remark - The liberal news media are pushing McCain and making fun of Conservatives and Conservative talk show hosts such as Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. There was, at one time, one news outlet that wasn’t pushing McCain - was available to turn to - no more. Fox and all their political reporters are without a doubt pushing McCain and using innuendo with voice inflections, talking about Romney’s money and trying to pull him down.
