Politicians and principals don’t mix!

We need independence for energy

I just saw recently where some of our supposedly greatest and brightest minds were going over a bunch of “what ifs” as it pertains to the possible shortage of oil supplies and very high gas prices in the future. They’re forcasting of what would happen was very enlightening. Seems they weren’t even considering what caused this and why this country would be in such extreme circumstances if these suppositions they were playing with came true. The sad fact is that the Democrats and the environmentalists would have caused this to be by keeping us from drilling in ANWR and off the continental shelf, also standing in the way of nuclear power.

The first time we drilled in Alaska, they screamed at how it would decimate the herds of Caribou. It not only didn’t decimate the herds, but they increased substantially along the pipelines. I know that it is still the Democratic party standing in the way of us using our heads and becoming independent by having our own energy resources. They talk about an energy program being put into place and yet they fight against us being independent with our own resources. You can get some idea about this by the Kennedys and elitists on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket who won’t allow wind farms in their backyards.

Al Gore and his crazy views on global climate warming - if he had been here in the 20s and 70s, he would have introduced a film on global climate cooling. Our founding fathers put their lives and fortunes up to gain American independence and many of them lost both. Some lost their familes, but they didn’t let the minority royalists, cowards, and judases change their course. Thanks to them we all gained our independence and now it is up to these idiots in the Congress and Senate to ignore the Sierra Club, tree huggers, and nuts, and utilize the resources we have to gain our country’s independence on energy. Wringing their hands is not an answer.

It is time these intellectual brains used a little of what normal people use - common sense. I know this would be quite a come down for them. They are so above us common people, but they could sacrifice. I just want the American people to know even if it hurts their opinion of their favorite Democrats, that it is absolutely the Democrats fault that the disaster forseen by these groups of elitist intellectuals will happen. I wish the American people would do as they did with the immigration bill - let their feelings be known on this matter as well. The only time you can expect meaningful legislation from our politicians is when they are called out by polls and phone calls.

Keep the faith and resign!

Various interesting bullet points:

  • MSNBC finally came out and admits it is liberal with a liberal agenda.
  • Joe Scarborough has talked about his principals during and after his Congressional service, and now, to keep his job he abandoned those principals (if he ever had any).
  • Now it is left to Tucker Carlson to abandon his principals to keep his job.
  • Mr. Bush’s appraisals of people he associates with leaves MUCH to be desired - not only Mr. Putin, but Vicente Fox of Mexico… also Arlen Specter, who was on the verge of losing his election the last time, and Bush and the other Senator from Pennsylvania campaigned for him vigorously. He won, but Bush lost. Arlen Specter has tried his damndest to undermine Bush. He is Senator Leahy’s puppet.
  • I heard that Chris Matthews is against the Republicans because of Scooter Libby. What does he think of Pockets Berger, a man who was able to change history by stealing documents that would have shown Bill Clinton for what he was?
  • All you Democrats who complain about gas prices can go to hell. You wouldn’t let us drill in ANWR… you wouldn’t let us have nuclear energy…you make it hard for coal-fired energy plants… your elitists won’t let wind farms in their backyards - also, your Presidential Democratic candidates talk about an energy bill. Believe me, solar, wind, and corn liquer will not cut it.
  • I will never vote for John McCain. His efforts on the McCain-Feingold Bill sparked a lot of 527s. He said he regretted that happening. He was for amnesty on the immigration bill. His choice of friends if worse than Bush’s - his include a Navy Seal dropout, Teddy Kennedy.
  • Those politicians so against waterboarding - do they think the terrorists care about the Geneva Convention? They behead and employ much worse torture with no compunction. I say protect the American people, regardless of what some IDIOTS say!
  • I wish the Republican Presidential candidates would be asked if they think federal funds should be withheld from sanctuary cities, towns, and states.
  • Oklahoma is my kind of state. Good for you!

May God continue to bless the USA and protect us from Hillary!
