‘Gotchas’ - the liberal press can’t give us anything but!

News came out today about poor Albert Gore III. Seems that he got what everyone expected. Did anyone seriously think he would be punished like the kid of Joe Six Pack? I guess you don’t make a carbon footprint when you are driving at 100 mph, nor when you have a car [...]

Democrats… investigations, not legislation.

Chuck Schumer and Patrick Leahy outraged at Attorney General Gonzales, saying he possibly committed perjury. I remember when Clinton committed perjury and did so as well to the entire country and Schumer and Leahy made excuses for him. This sure seems like the Senators don’t believe in equal treatment under the law. [...]

Emissaries are supposed to be above reproach and of good character

Back to the remote -
Haven’t been to MSNBC in awhile. Thought I would check it out. Was on a Tuesday and just happened to be, at that time, some propaganda against Fred Thompson, who isn’t even in the race yet, but apparently they fear his candidacy. Stayed awhile to see what else [...]

Justice and all of its ramifications

Time to look again at the justice system…
First we will cover miscarriages of justice by the treatment of celebrities:

O.J. Simpson - we all know what happened there
Robert Blake - well, he got away
Winona Ryder - just steals your heart away
Robert Downey Jr. - He is just so cute
Sean Combs (p. diddy) - the color of [...]

Nature of the beast?

There is hysteria about the dog fighting and the cruelty to animals - this is appropriate. There doesn’t seem to be the same amount of outcry about the obscene actions of:

teenaged gangs,
mothers killing their babies,
men killing their wives,
college girls being raped and killed,
children being kidnapped, molested, and murdered,
illegals being allowed to remain in [...]

Sugar & Spice and Everything Nice, or Gravel & Grit

The anti-poverty campaign as mounted by John Edwards is another of those “don’t do as I do, do as I say.” - the same as Albert Gore and Robert Kennedy. There are so many of these elitists really, to try to list them would take the entire front page of New York Times (single [...]

Congrats to the Democrats - for all the work they’ve done?

For axis of evil, I would like to nominate Mike Nifong, Patrick Fitzgerald, and Johnny Sutton. To me they are the embodiment of government gone mad. Instances of government failures is the power given to environmentalists and ensuring that we can’t attain energy independence by drilling in ANWR, the continental shelf, and building [...]

Takes time to build a tenable democracy!

The Democrats need to take a lesson from history and review their thinking in order that they may possibly abandon their dogmatic actions and thinking. In our American Revolutionary War, and seeking a tenable democracy, it took 13 years for it to form and elect a President. We had the advantage of being [...]

We humans can screw up the world!

I wonder where the spotted owl is sleeping now, and even those special rats in California have had fire nipping at their heels. I guess those fish is Washington State that take priority over farmers are getting their share of pot ash and other chemicals from runoff of the rains. I hope [...]

Our priorities - are they wrong?

The government is not using laws they have on the books to protect the border and persue illegals who cross the border or overstayed their visas. No efforts have been made to construct the fence, whether solid or technological. It’s as if they say “if I can’t have the laws I want, I [...]
