The 110th Congress has left me with a very bad taste in my mind, and my disgust is at a level that it has not been in awhile. What the Democratic Congress did on Thursday night, when they pirated a bill and changed the vote to suit them was putred. The fact that they are taking from seniors, veterans, and legal citizens to give monies and aid to illegal aliens is not diabolical, it’s just stupid. I am sure that President Bush will veto this bill, but the fact that this was tried by this Congress will not go over well with the American people. I hope that American citizens use phones, email, and any other means available to let Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer, Jack Murtha, and the rest of the Democratic idiots of the 110th Congress know how they feel about stealing money from deserving Americans to support and encourage illegal immigration.

After this debacle, I am sure the Congressmen, that were defeated after being so adamant about enforcing immigration laws in the last election, could get re-elected this time. I hope that the American citizens use the opportunity of the next election to take this majority party to the minority. I don’t see how any reasonable or logical thinking person could accept what this 110th Democratic Congress did and have done in this session. If the Republicans don’t use this Thursday night powerplay to ensure that illegal immigrants don’t get aid and comfort at the expense of needy American citizens, then they should be the minority party.

If I were a leader of the Republican party, I would be preparing an ad for tv showing how the Democrats are using chicanery to deprive seniors, vets, and needy Americans of benefits, to give aid and comfort to illegal immigrants. I would show the bully and an unidicted co-conspirator in an FBI sting, Jack Murtha, for what he was - using his usual tactics. I can’t believe that the Democrats think the American public is open to underwritng the illegal immigrant movement. I know they want latino votes, but I think this action will lose them more votes than they will gain - at least I hope so.

I got a kick out of how Hillary and Obama are arguing about campaign contributions by News Corp, the parent company of Fox News, which all Democrats despise.

Now on another subject that needs to be corrected now, not later…

It seems that members of intelligence bureaus, such as FBI, and CIA, that are not supposed to have any biases and be completely non-partisan, are leaking information to suit their biases and are not doing their jobs. These agents doing this should be weeded out and replaced with honest public servants. An incident of this practice was when Pockets Berger was allowed to be left alone to look for documents he might want to steal. This was definitely not standard operating procedure. Why wasn’t someone punished? Another incident was Valerie Plame and her husband, Joe Wilson, with their duplicitous actions. Also there was the spy in the FBI, Robert Hanssen, convicted of espionage. How can things of this nature happen and be allowed to continue? Both the FBI and CIA, at one time, were highly respected - not anymore. Would that respect be earned again?

Speaking of servants of the people, this 110th Congress will go down in history as the worst Congress since the 1st Congress was seated - old Harry, also the worst majority leader ever - Nancy Pelosi.. playing while the country is in danger. Where is the concern for the safety and security of the American citizens by this Congress? It isn’t there!
