Now that Obama has picked his veepee, after a political ploy to get people’s email addresses to use to try to milk them for more money, I will make a few observations…

Obama is the master politician of this age.  He managed to get the liberal media to pick him as their candidate from the start, along with the Democratic National Committee and its leader Howard Dean.  I can empathize with Hillary with the way she was treated.  Even her Chief of Staff was beguiled away by the Obama campaign.  You can see from both of these liberal elites, Obama and Joe (and glean from their messages) that their campaigns are going to be class warfare based on envy, greed, and empty promises to fool their usual constituents.  In choosing his veepee, Obama took the opportunity to take one last swipe at Hillary by sending out the choosing email at 3 a.m. and the liberal media was all for it. Now she knows how Republicans feel.

Way to go Joe!

The man he chose to be his attack dog has risen to the occasion.  He has been an attack dog since he and others of his ilk refused to appoint Robert Bork, a strict constitutionalist, and attacked him unmercifully.  That is when the dictionary came up with the word “Borked”.  Not only that, but when Justice Samuel Alito was being questioned for his appointment, Joe attacked him so that his wife, who was there with him, left in tears.  So much for Joe’s idea of common courtesy.  Not only that, but Joe has been in the habit of stealing other people’s papers, speeches, and ideas.  I think they call that plagiarism.    We had Jimmy and Fritz - God forbid, we don’t want Obama and Joe… they gotta go!  Is it true that Obama calls Biden “boy”?

Kinnock (original)

Why am I the first Kinnock in a thousand generations to be able to get to university? Why is Glenys the first woman in her family in a thousand generations to be able to get to university?

Was it because our predecessors were thick? Does anybody really think that they didn’t get what we had because they didn’t have the talent or the strength or the endurance or the commitment? Of course not. It was because there was no platform upon which they could stand.

Biden

I started thinking as I was coming over here, why is it that Joe Biden is the first in his family ever to go to a university? Why is it that my wife who is sitting out there in the audience is the first in her family to ever go to college?

What can I do to screw the world?

Russian aggression must be defeated.  It does not have to be military because of the specter of nuclear warfare.  Let’s face it, Putin is without a doubt one of the most evil people in the world.  The man is two-faced and Bush only saw one of them.  I think he could, as well as Obama, be another Dorian Gray.  The way to punish them for their aggression has many facets. They could be declared a terrorist state the same as North Korea and Iran.  I would also like to add another terrorist state, that being Syria, who just signed a defense pact with Russia.  I think that all American citizens including corporations, politicians, state and government workers should be required to sell all stock they hold in Russian companies.  And companies doing business with Russia should be punished.  Also, forbid them from buying any stock in the future.

The Federal Reserve, Treasury, and banks should be unable to follow through on any transactions with Russian banks and businesses.  This same procedure should be asked of all gutless NATO countries and their leaders, not unlike Germany’s leader Merkel saying they want to maintain rapport with Russia, as they get 60 percent of their imports from them.  I think we should also curtail transactions with those same NATO countries if they are of the same mind as Merkel.  Foreign companies such as Siemens, E. On Energie, and other giant corporations belonging to our supposed allies in NATO.

Russia should also be removed from the G7 and FORGET the G8!  They should also not be allowed to join the World Trade organization.  Another form of punishment would be to stop phone service, UPS, postal services and other means of communication.  Putin has taken on the demeanor of Stalin.  The only thing differentiating him from Stalin, currently, is that he hasn’t murdered millions of his own people YET.  It seems he has started with a neighboring country by killing their citizens.  Making nuclear threats against Poland is, I guess, another way to murder people.

Another thing I would mention is the fact that millions of Polish citizens have already been murdered by Germany and Russia.  For God’s sake, give them a break!  Putin - go back to your cave!

I notice cities are going to be requesting the new President to renew the funds for more police on their streets.  I don’t think this should be done for sanctuary cities that encourage the crimes on their streets by defying laws and allowing illegal immigrants to reside there and increase their crime rate.  Not only that, but cities like Denver who allow pot, even though that breaks the Federal laws also.

Surprising things are happening throughout this country.  What it is pointing to is the destruction of this nation from within, not from without.  What I refer to is the states and cities deciding which laws they will abide by and which they will ignore.  Instances of this are sanctuary states and cities ignoring U.S. laws - another example is Washington, DC, which is ignoring second amendment rights that were upheld by the Supreme Court.  Another instance is states and cities spending monies received from the federal government, for one thing being used for another.    Talk about the Russians going their way with impunity.  What is the difference as to those practices from our own citizens?  Another group of citizens are denying the American people their rights to energy they can afford and energy that will not take food from their table, as ethanol does.  Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and the Democrats are doing this, and I hope voters don’t forget!

He wants to play but has feet of clay!

The thing that would delight me more than anything else is instead of, as Nancy Pelosi said “The Democrats are going to punish Joe Lieberman”, Joe should turn the tables on them and caucus with the Republicans.

Now let’s get to the Democrats biggest problem… Obama and his unpreparedness for anything as far as this country’s need for a strong President, for our national defense, security, and foreign policy.  The fact that Obama is going to be in Springfield just prior to the convention is laughable.  For him to consider himself in the same league as Abraham Lincoln is PATHETIC!  By now his Democratic followers should realize their messiah has feet of clay.  Let’s face it, had Obama been in Lincoln’s shoes, he would have insisted that the North and South should use restraint and we would have ended up two countries.  The Presidents would have been Obama (until voted out) and Jefferson Davis.  As he realizes that he will not be able to win on his own, he will turn in desperation to Hillary to run with him as his Vice President.  I can see him now, also, supporting Bill as Secretary of Feminine Affairs.

This would cause an uproar in the Senate!

A question has been puzzling me for some time and I would like one of the political analysts and professionals to answer, if they would - if Joe Lieberman were to switch parties, would ole Harry still be able to keep bills proposed from coming to the floor?  If not, then who could bring proposed bills for a vote?  The reason I ask has to do with drilling for oil and construction of nuclear power plants.  Who would become the Senate leader?  Also, this question becomes apropos if he were to become McCain’s running mate.  The reason I ask these things is because of the vast financial benefits that would be afforded this country, though from Bill Clinton on have been misappropriated.  I do not blame this on the environmentalists - I blame the Democratic party.

Spoiler Supreme - Clinton’s path to the White HouseI would like to point out some facts that belie  the statements made by Obama about the Republicans’ dirty tricks: In Reagan’s first term, the Democrats tried to use his age.  They found out he was not too old as he brought back the country’s pride and world respect, also rebuilt our military.  His second term run, the Democrats accused Raymond Donova, one of Reagan’s cabinet members, of crimes.  He was cleared and asked “Who will give me back my reputation?”  On Bush 41’s second term run, Ross Perot was the spoiler and the Clintons’ campaign lied about the economy, which was strengthening quite strongly at the time.  Had Ross Perot not run, Clinton would never have become President.  Also, the strides made during Clinton’s administration were a result of the Republican Congress.  He helped to cause our energy problems of today with his veto of ANWR drilling passed by the Republicans.

Bush 43’s first run, the weekend before the election, the Democrats put out his DUI and the liberal media made a big  hullabaloo about it, even though it was when he was much younger.  His second term, Dan Rather put out some forged documents to slander Bush.  The Republicans cannot help the fact that Obama is black, as he says he is, nor can they change his associates for twenty years.  The question is: What dirty tricks wilil the Democrats use on McCain?

Obama’s trying to turn us into asses!

The five Republicans on the gang of ten are being led down the primrose path by the five Democrats - how stupid can you get?  Barrack Hussein Obama is also leading the American people down a primrose path promising everything and actually has never produced anything.  He reminds me of Lampwick, promising everything to Pinocchio, and in the end made themselves just a couple of asses.  If he prevails, he will make asses out of all citizens in America.  I never knew a politician who threw so many friends under the bus.  Everyone knows who they are and what they represent.  How anyone knowing this and still plans voting for Obama are helping to take the country down the false road of socialism, which is not what this country needs.

This country was formed on the backs of American individuals with the freedoms they were given, and in response to that built a country with success that is the envy of the world and other countries aspire to.  Frankly, I am not ashamed of living in a country that the rest of the world envies and I will never want to placate those socialistic countries as Obama seems to want to do.  I don’t want this country to become a member of the European Union.  I still want to live in a country that the world turns to when they need help - not someone who will use the fiddle of socialism to play as Nero did while Rome burned.  In other words, Obama WILL destroy this country of guts and glory.

Something new… Republicans for Obama… one of them is ex-Congressman Jim Leach from Iowa.  I wonder if this has something to do with McCain being against massive taxes from the American people being used to subsidize farmers to raise corn for ethanol that is raising the price of fuel for every American and inflating the cost of food to harm the rest of the American citizens.  Instead, McCain wants to get our ethanol from Brazil, which is a lot cheaper and is made from sugar cane, which does not raise the price of food on meat, dairy, bread, and all the staffs of life.

Wouldn’t you think we would get a modicum of gratitude?

Obama is ludicrous!

Turned to MSNBC to see their talking points for Obama - saw Kelly Odonnell so upset about McCain’s spot on Obama’s celebrity, I thought she was going to cry.  The way Hollywood and the liberal media have gotten so upset by this ad, I think it should be run by McCain’s people at least once weekly until election day.  New York Times did an editorial on this - all their affiliates are upset and crying out, also TIME, Newsweek, CBS, and other liberal rags and stations.  Don’t think they mentioned that Obama said several times how people are going to say he has a funny name and he is black, but of course that wasn’t playing the race card - like hell he wasn’t.

Congress takes five weeks off but doesn’t allow the drilling bill to come to the floor.  What has this Congress accomplished with Nancy Pelosi -  Two earth-shaking things…   FDA to be allowed to regulate tobacco and you can’t put lead in childrens toys - fantastic!  This Congress is far worse than Truman’s do-nothing-Congress.  As long as Nancy Pelosi is allowed to be at the helm it will stay that way.  Ole Harry Reid at the helm of the Senate, same as Nancy… he is pathetic.  The Iraqi government has accomplished more by at least 300 percent of what our poor Democratic Congress has.

Democrats say “Give us your poor, your huddled masses yearning for a fair price on gas” - the Democrats say “We will keep the price high, but don’t forget we will be here with a handout for you.  If we keep you poor and needy and lie and lie to you, we will stay in power to keep government the same and continue our policy.”  Don’t forget, Obama is trying to buy the election with promises of $1000 for everyone, even though they will be spending more on gas and food prices, but you won’t realize it.  Some of us with a little intellect will figure it out.

I would say that Obama is ludicrous because he is ridiculous and deserving of derision because of his approach to his campaign, bring up the race card in this campaign and previously in his campaign against Clinton, them blaming it on the opposing candidate.  Ludicrous also means falseness.  Let’s go over his friends and associates in his past, who he has now said he really had no idea of who they really were - his past heroes Malcolm X and Louis Farrakhan.  His past friends, who he didn’t realize who they really are are Reverand Wright, Tony Rezko, Catholic Priest Pfleger, and terrorist Bill Ayers.  If you don’t know who your friends are for years, how will you be able to discern who is your country’s enemies?

 Is he worthy?

Most striking thing on tv news today is Obama bringing up the race issue, as he did with Hillary and succeeded in that primary.  Not only that, but which President or which denomination will his face replace that currently holds that position?  Will it be Washington, Lincoln, or Grant?  He uses everything any audience wants to hear, such as the people in middle American caught up in their religion and guns.  What better place to say this in but San Francisco.  The audience must have cheered as much as if Code Pink had beaten up a soldier.  The liberal media are so very upset the way Obama is being criticized and losing his image as a mesiah.  If you don’t believe me, tune in to MSNBC and hear: Andrea Mitchell, Jim Warren, Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, E.J. Dionne, Chuck Todd, David Gregory, David Shuster, Contessa Brewer, Charles Tillinghast, and others of the same ilk.

Energy and rising gas prices have succeeded in helping to keep the economy from thriving more than it has.  The Democrats are the reason for this, even to blind, rabid Democrats.  I wish the President would call a special session of Congress as Harry Truman did in 1948 use this as a reason to defeat Thomas Dewey in the Presidential election - also Henry Wallace and Strom Thurmond. See attached:

Truman convenes special session of Congress July 26, 1948
By: Andrew Glass
July 25, 2007 03:35 PM EST

On 27 occasions, presidents have called both houses into session to deal with a crisis. The most recent of these special sessions — and the first one since 1856 — met at the behest of President Harry S. Truman on this day in 1948.

With less than four months remaining before Election Day, Truman’s approval rating stood at 36 percent. His GOP opponent, New York Gov. Thomas Dewey, looked like a sure winner.

So in search of a bold political gesture, the president turned to the provision in the Constitution that allows the president “on extraordinary occasions” to convene one or both houses of Congress. And Congress at that time was controlled by the GOP.

In accepting the Democratic presidential nomination at 1:45 a.m. in a stifling Philadelphia convention hall, Truman stunned delegates by calling on the Republican majority to live up to its party platform by passing laws that bolstered civil rights, extended Social Security and created a national health care program. “They can do this job in 15 days if they want to do it,” he said.

Gas was hard to get with Jimmy!

Now is the summer of our discontent.  The American people, overall, are not the kind to be kept down and have the hope of better things taken from them.  Jimmy Carter told us to wear sweaters and settle for less.  His unemployment and inflation figures were the highest ever.  People were quite restive about that message he was putting out, and fortunately he was voted out.  I wouldn’t say his foreign policy was too good either - when Iran was allowed to hold American citizens for a year.

There are two other people trying to hold Americans EVERYWHERE as hostages to their value of life, that the price of gas stays too high for the average American to enjoy a way of life that they have enjoyed for many years.  These two people are Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, who I am sure do not lack funds to take limos, chartered flights, cabs and whatever.  Are these two dictators able to stop other members in the House, 434 and 99 in the Senate?

Saw a list of campaign contributors on Investors Business Daily: NBC, $104,184.00 to Democrats - $3150.00 to Republicans … CBS, $45,508 to Democrats - $966.00 to Republicans … one of the surprising things: FOX, $40, 573 for Democrats - $0 for Republicans … FOX News Channel, $1280.00 to Democrats - $0 for Republicans.  Shouldn’t this make Howard Dean happy?

During the 2004 campaign, the frenchman (John Kerry) had all of Europe for him, especially the French.  What did it get him?  I don’t think the American people want our policies to be determined by any European, Baltic, or Scandinavian countries.  At least I hope they feel that way.

Senator Schumer says the Democrats are not interested in drilling for oil because they want to wean themselves off oil.  Guess it doesn’t matter what us flyover country folks desire.

I notice that Democratic crooks are never called to account by their peers as Republicans are - for instance, Charlie Rangel, Chris Dodd, Kent Conrad, Jamie Gorelick, Franklin Raines, and Donna Shalala.  What’s with that?  How is that for “most ethical”?

I would like to know why poor people in the north get heating assistance, and yet the poor people in the hot areas of the south don’t get the same for air conditioning for their comfort.

Obama transfixed the Europeans during his trip with his oratory.  How our allies have taken the position they have taken since we freed them from German oppression and our Marshall Plan to rebuild Germany, Japan, Italy, and England after World War II, when we expended so much blood and treasure for them - for their freedom is disgusting, and as far as I am concerned, unforgivable.  Obama courting them is disgusting.  One of the places he should have visited was Normandy American military Cemetary.  It also wouldn’t have hurt to visit Auschwitz - also Birkenau concentration camp.

During a commercial at another station, turned to MSNBC to get the democratic talking points.  I was surprised to see a segment by the New York Times campaign edition.  I was able to get many democratic talking points anyhow.  Apparently, the democratic New York Times and the democratic MSNBC have joined forces.  Should I be surprised?  Of course not.  NewsWeek has been a democratic carrier of news for some time - hired the originator of DailyKos.  MSNBC, NewsWeek, and the New York Times have been losing readers and viewers dramatically for some time.  Don’t you think the Obama campaign should pay them as well as all the campaign spots he puts out in other areas of media?

I was glad to see that the Gray Lady’s quarterly earnings were down 82%.  I will be glad when the Gray Lady shows her true colors and goes dark.  The only people who read the New York Times and watch MSNBC are rabid Democrats, and not even the most rabid.  The real rabid Democrats read DailyKos, Moveon.org, Huffington Post, and other slimy outlets.

Incompetence is order of the day for Ole Harry and Nancy!

Oil and gas efforts by the oil companies have been stopped dead by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, and the majority of people harmed by the high prices for gas at the pump are those in flyover country, and these are people who are mostly ignored by all the politicians.  I would hope that all those in flyover country would call their representative and Senator (plus Nancy and Ole Harry) and let them know what you feel about this.  Someone has to take on the Democrats and environmentalists, in their unpatriotic fervor,to keep this country from becoming completely independent on energy, and that does not set well with the U.N. lovers and those who want an international flavor to our country, even if it’s a detriment to our country.

The Republicans in Congress and any Democrats who want to lower prices of gas, get behind the small town of Elk Point, South Dakota with their desires to get their new refinery on line that will process 400,000 barrels of oil daily from our next door neighbor Canada with their tar sands.  I would think this would be good for NAFTA.  Efforts should be made by the Republicans to take away the obstacles that the Democrats and environmentalists will place in their way, as usual.  Also, they should try to encourage other towns to follow Elk Point’s lead.
